Please contact me if you did not get your confirmation email or want to modify or cancel your reservation. 952-594-9054 or loademuptrailers@gmail.com Deposits are refundable if the reservation is canceled 72 hours before the scheduled rental pickup. Early Returns: We hold your rental time for the time you reserved and paid for. We do not refund if the rental is returned early. Late Returns: Customers who return items past their scheduled return time will be charged an additional day. Please communicate if you are going to be late. (RENTALS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED DURING OPEN BUSINESS HOURS) Tires are checked prior to leaving the lot. The trailer has a spare. If you pick up a nail or have a blown-out tire, you are financially responsible for replacing or repairing the tire. You are responsible for the trailer's hook-up and ensuring the proper size ball is used. We can assist if needed. You are responsible for ensuring your tow vehicle is rated to haul the trailer and its contents, that the load is properly secured, and that the weight is distributed correctly. If you overload the trailer, you will be financially responsible for any damage this may cause. We do allow out-of-state travel. Due to the additional mileage on the trailers, traveling out of state incurs additional charges. If the trailer goes out of state and we are not notified prior, the renter will be responsible for .40 per mile in additional fees. The renter is responsible for ensuring proper brake controller settings and is financially responsible for tire replacement if tires slide with flat spots due to the brake controller being set too high.
